The idea for this website came to me when a friend of mine was knocked off his motorbike; while has was in hospital about the only thing he could do was surf the net.
I emailed him a couple of internet links that I thought he might find interesting and it occurred to me that it would be good if there was a website that listed 'interesting links'.

Having been very frustrated trying to find more websites worth looking at amongst the millions that are not relevant or just plain boring, I decided to set up my own website that lists InterestingLinks.  That is websites that I have found (or been recommended to me) that are actually worth looking at. 
InterestingLinks is the product of that frustration - so I hope you enjoy it.
